What is Advanced Tumbling?

Advanced (level 3) tumbling classes are for tumblers with proficient tumbling experience. These classes help master safe and effective tumbling techniques for advanced level athletes, while learning more difficult tumbling skills. These classes are offered to both Extreme Magic All-Starz cheerleaders, as well as to any other individuals who are looking to increase their tumbling abilities. Along with flexibility and strength training, tumblers will work on as follows:

- Standing Back Handsprings

- Roundoff Back Handsprings

- Standing Back Tucks

- Roundoff Back Tucks

- Seriers Back Handsprings

- Layouts

-Fulls

(not limited to these skills)

You Must Be Able to Maintain Intermediate (level 2) Tumbling Skills Before Progressing to Advanced (level 3) Tumbling Classes.

Group Tumbling Classes

- Up to 8 individuals per group

- 60 minutes

$30.00/month for 1 class/week

$50.00/month for 2 classes/week

Private Tumbling Classes

- One individual per session

- 45 minutes

$65.00/month for 1 class/week
